After booking your appointment, please check your email for the clinical intake form. Fill this form out before your appointment. Room4Body is located on the ground floor of 1099 Kingston Road unit 5E, Pickering Ontario . As you enter the building you can go straight, towards Bare Yoga and the end of the hallway. Room4Body is located inside.  PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE MAIN AREA. You may pass the front desk and wait on the couch to the left. Sometimes the door in locked between and during appointments when no one is at the front desk.
